General Data Protection Regulation (RODO)
In connection with the implementation of the requirements of the European Parliament and Council of the European Union Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons concerning the processing of personal data and free movement of such data as well as repealing Directive 96/46/WE (referred to as “RODO” or “General Data Protection Regulation”), we would like to inform you (hereinafter: User) about the rules for collecting and processing your personal data.
The following rules apply from the 10th of July 2023:

The Administrator of User’s personal data is SOAR & Partners Sp. z o.o. based in Warsaw, Solec Street 18/20 (postal code: 00-410), email: info@soarnpartners.com, NIP: 7011157832, registered in National Court Register (KRS) under number 0001050197 (hereinafter: Administrator or the Controller).

The Administrator processes User’s personal data in compliance with the applicable law, contracts concluded with User, or on the basis of User’s consent, depending on the purpose for which the data were obtained or transferred.. Data that the Administrator processes are: name, surname, phone number, email address, address, data necessary for process, contract or service purposes, etc.

User’s personal data are processed when:
– processing is necessary for the performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party;
– processing is necessary to fulfill the legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator.

In connection with data processing for the purposes referred to in point 4, the recipients of User’s personal data will be public authorities and entities performing public tasks or acting on behalf of public authorities or other entities that process personal data in collections based on relevant entrustment agreements.

Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected, unless otherwise required by law.

The Administrator shall not transfer User’s data to third countries or international organizations. However, if such data transfer is to take place, the Administrator will notify the User about it in compliance with the requirements of applicable legislation.

User has the right to:
– Access their personal data and obtain copies thereof;
– Rectify their personal data;
– Delete their personal data;
– Restrict the processing of their personal data;
– Object to the processing of their personal data;
– Port their personal data to another data controller;
– Withdraw consent for the processing of personal data without affecting the lawfulness of processing, which was made on the basis of consent before its withdrawal;

The Controller takes measures to secure Users' personal data against unauthorized or unlawful access, loss, damage, or disclosure. Controller has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the data.

If User is informed of illegal processing of their personal data, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority competent in matters of personal data protection.
3.
In a situation where the processing of personal data is based on the consent of the data subject, providing your personal data to the Administrator is voluntary. Failure to provide the required data will block the activity to which the data pertained.
